Pakistan trash West indies
It was first quarter final between Pakistan and West Indies played at Mirpur. I haven’t posted about it so have small view of that.
Pakistan bowler outclases the West indies batsmen. Shahid Afridi,Saeed Ajmal,Hafeez bowled well and not let any of the west indies batsman to make run. Wes Indies just able to score a 112. They got all out in 43.3 overs. Only Chanderpaul plays well for his 44 of 106 balls. Pakistan opner fires and achieve the target in just 20.5 over without losing any wicket.
Thus Pakistan defeated west Indies by 10 wickets and birth for the semi final at mohali.

protease chokes before they need to
England came with fire after getting defeated by Ireland. They stun South Africa. No body will believe that a good team like South Africa will collapse as they did in the match against England . It was low scoring match England just able to make 171 in 45.4 overs with a Patient knock 0f 60 by bopara. In reply South Africa must have chased it quickly and easily but they chokes out. No one capitalizes except amla who tried but failed at 42. Another stunning by England and they win by 6 run by bowled out protease to 165. It seems that Luck favoring England as a huge target they able to tie and defended a small total.

India Worldcup Journey Till Now
INDIA beating Bangladesh in first match by 87 runs. The score of 370/4 was a good one but they let Bangladesh too to get closer to target at 283/9. Batting has done it work but bowling lack the attack. The analysis for this match is 2 centuries, by shewag and kholi and the economy of 10 by sreesanth.
Second was bad one as it went to tie. A fine knock of 120 by sachin get overcomed by strauss 158. Again a big score of 338/10, but the huge target goes in vain as England manages to tie the match and bowlers what to say to them. Thanks to munaf for not give 2 run to swan in last ball. Per haves every body was tensed for the result and it was supposed at begining
that INDIA will win easily but England didn’t let that happen. Any how it was most exciting match so far.
The third match INDIA beat the Irish by 5 wickets. Yuvraj singh 50 and 5 wicket make him man of the match as well it will bring confidence in him. Irish fought well to get a score of 207/10 and the 5 wickets.
So far INDIA had won 2 matches with 1 match tie, having the 5 point and net run rate of +0.768. They have improve the bowling still big guns to come. Good luck to INDIAN team.
INDIA first Victory
Shewag and kholi Century hits Century in the First world cup 2011 match. The two century let INDIA build a huge target of 371. Shewag hit 175 likely to miss 200 what many of the people think as he was hitting hard.
INDIA made 370/4 in the allotted 50 overs. Tendulkar get runout and Gambhir get bold and pathan got few ball to play. Shewag and Kholi hits in all corner of ground. Bangladesh bowler had no clue to these batsmen. Well decision of playing kholi instead of Raina was fare one. yuvraj didn’t got chance which i think must be given for boosting his confidence.Bowling from the INDIA was not that good sreesanth give a lots of run. Bangladesh too didn’t give up and reaches to 275. This was not good deal from bowlers of INDIA. If they Do like that what will happen in future. Bowling performance need much improvement to win the world cup.

What a great century by Dhoni which lead INDIA to put a very good score of 360/5. INDIA won the toss & elected to bat. Sachin fail to make good runs he goes as INDIA’s 1 st wicket at 35/1. Second wicket was lost at 42/2. Kholi and Gambhir made a good partnership till kholi went when score was at 148/3 in 29.1 over. Next was Gambhir partnership with Dhoni of 68. Gambhir get out at the score of 216/4. Now the great Show began with very impressive partnership from Dhoni and Raina which go till 48th over and made a partnership of 124. This partnership was the main show of match. We then have the century of Dhoni in 50th over. INDIA last at 360/5 . New zeland had no ans for that , they played steady and get bowled out at 243/10 in 43.3 over. Only McCullum score a fifty and fought bravely rest do nothing but they only perform a formality.
